At the Pacific Ocean, you might think that nothing can go wrong. It’s just a peaceful ocean with a beautiful island somewhere around it. But you’re wrong if you think that. Pacific Ocean is not just any random ocean, but there are also dangers to watch out for too. So read this, and it might just save your life one day.

It was my last day in Hawaii. I was just about to arrive at the sea when my bus swayed fiercely against the little crooked path. Suddenly, I heard a terrible loud explosion behind me, followed by devastating shrieks. Thick ash and dust particles filled the sky, like a enormous flour spill. “Volcano Alert!” Someone shouted from outside the bus. Mount Kilaueahas erupted!

By now, all the locals and tourists had came out of their houses and the air was burning hot with cinder. The volcano then shot out several giant fire boulders. Most of the rocks rolled down the side of Mount Kilauea and exploded not far from us, but some of them soared through the air like a blazing asteroid. A large boulder covered with flames was heading towards our vehicle. The people in our bus, including me, scrambled out of the bus immediately. I found a empty cave several feet away. I ran to take shelter, and turned around just in time to see our poor vehicle squashed as flat as a pancake.

So I would suggest you should be careful next time you arrive in Hawaii, or anywhere. The world is full of dangers, and you might not be warned. Do not go near a volcano that you know it’s going to erupt. But don’t let it stop you going to the Pacific Ocean, it’s still a brilliant island to visit.
